Alex Wilcock suggested that Lib Dem bloggers list their ten favourites among their own posts. So, since I'm at home with a cold and don't have much brainpower for serious writing, here are some posts in which I highlight issues that I think still haven't got enough media attention:

Same-sex partners have no right to respect for family life, says the Government

If you are a UK voter, I think you need to know about this - epic fail at the Home Office keeps a man unlawfully detained for 22 months

Worse than I thought - about call centre justice

Can't get treatment here, can't leave - about the Government's attempts to deny medical treatment to failed asylum-seekers who are unable to leave the UK

Labour Government promises to help train the Nigerian army

IBARW: race, class and nepotism, about MPs' staff appointments

And two that are personally important to me because they remind me of what I have gained from doing my Master's, but which also deal with issues of general importance:

Thinking through abortion law

Islam and the use of force

And finally, some older ones that I still like because I didn't water down my sarcasm too much:

The Government wants to give judges the ability to sack defence lawyers

Judgment - on the media flap over Tony Blair's prayer life
